Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with ambulation and repositioning as needed.
  • Transport, escort, and accompany clients to appointments as required.
  • Provide companionship and assist with daily personal needs, including bathing, dressing, and oral hygiene.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in clients' homes by cleaning, vacuuming, and performing other tasks as outlined in the plan of care.
  • Remind clients to take prescribed medications and document medication administration.
  • Follow established plans of care to maintain clients' highest level of independent living.
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving as needed.
  • Follow all policies and procedures of My Solutions and facility regulations.
  • Update reports to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Perform duties in a professional, caring, and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Valid CNA certificate.
