Dollar Bank is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Leadership Development Program. This program is designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become an Assistant Branch Manager in our retail banking division.
Program Details
The Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive training program that lasts between 6-18 months. During this time, you will have the opportunity to develop at your own pace and shape your own future. You will be responsible for maintaining your personal sales goals, while learning how to build a motivated sales and service team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a successful team
- Meet personal sales goals
- Build a motivated sales and service team
- Implement a consultative sales and service approach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of one year of experience in customer service in financial services or retail industry
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
