Help Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Administrator to join our team at Sharp Electronics Corporation. As a Help Desk Administrator, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, investigating and resolving software and hardware problems, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track technical issues using our problem management database.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and effective support.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
