About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position at our Rockridge Oakland location. You will be responsible for selling international and domestic vacation packages, cruises, tours, hotel, car rental, rail, and air travel. You'll research and evaluate appropriate travel partner packages to match up with member needs and provide relevant information on world events and travel industry developments.

You will process and interpret travel documents, initiate contact with members to prospect for new business, and encourage repeat business. Additionally, you'll cross-sell products and services such as insurance, new membership accounts, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of recent experience selling international and domestic travel services
  • Travel Institute certification (CTA, CTC, or CTIE) a plus

Compensation and Incentives

The estimated salary range for this role is between $52,358.00 - $78,537.00, depending on experience. This role is subject to an incentive compensation plan, with top performers earning more. While most employees are expected to earn between $0 - $38,000 annually in incentives, contingent upon performance.
