Business Development Representative

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Popmenu. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Your Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation to identify new business opportunities
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Conducting product demonstrations and closing deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets
- Developing and implementing targeted messaging and methodologies to establish credibility and trust with potential clients
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and processes

- Excellent prospecting and lead generation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- A hunter mentality and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and its challenges
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401K, and wellness benefits for your furry family members. We know that money isn't everything - but it is important: For this role, we have determined a compensation range of $120,000 to $140,000 OTE in addition to company equity to be a fair and attractive offer.
