Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chiropractic Clinic Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing patient flow, and supporting our chiropractors in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every patient
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient and timely care
  • Support chiropractors in delivering high-quality care, including checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and re-engaging inactive patients
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively communicate with patients
  • Recognize and support team goals, creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to clinic standards
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong phone and computer skills, with ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
