HR Generalist with Benefits Administration

This role involves providing day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Fostering positive relationships with employees, from new hires to long-term team members.
- Processing payroll accurately and on time, including managing Paylocity system.
- Administering employee benefits programs, including open enrollment process.
- Responding to benefit plan questions with urgency and compassion.
- Maintaining accurate records and reconciling invoices for benefits providers.
This role offers a competitive salary of $62,500 per year, plus benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunity for profit sharing.
Requirements- We require a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience, as well as 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, payroll processing, and HRIS.
- A strong background in human resources and comprehensive understanding of benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and employee relations are essential.
- The successful candidate will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to establish trust and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality, and experience working with Paylocity.
