Human Resources Generalist Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and recruitment processes, administering employee personnel files, and providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have experience in human resources policies and procedures, employment/labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including passive recruiting and scheduling interviews.
  • Administer employee personnel files, benefits enrollment, and track training certifications.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics, such as vacation and compensation.
  • Maintain and update OSHA Reporting spreadsheet and Gorilla Profile.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in human resources policies and procedures, employment/labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Passive recruiting experience a plus.
  • SHRM Certified Professional or PHR Designations a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
