Sales Manager Job Description

This position requires a Sales Manager to maintain and expand sales within the existing customer base, prospecting, and building a pipeline for new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage quota and close complex sales, with a proven track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans designed to maximize customer relationships and improve face-to-face selling time in assigned territory, and forecasting and submitting sales reports.

The Sales Manager will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities, and will be required to travel primarily within the assigned territory and in the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years of experience in outside business-to-business sales or outside capital device sales, and a valid driver's license.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary, bonuses, uncapped commissions, a monthly car and home office allowance, travel and entertainment expense budget, and benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and company matching 401(k).

Develop and manage sales pipelines to ensure maximum growth and revenue

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction

Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and improve performance

Develop and deliver sales training and coaching to sales teams

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance
