Position Overview:
As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by calculating costs associated with commercial ground-up initiatives. Your extensive knowledge of construction processes and keen attention to detail will be vital in ensuring precise estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents for estimation.
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements by analyzing project details.
- Cost Analysis: Accurately compute costs by evaluating data and considering market prices for materials and labor.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with insurance adjusters and subcontractors to refine estimates, providing clear cost breakdowns to clients.
- Quality Control: Ensure estimates align with our commitment to excellence by reviewing and validating data to minimize discrepancies.
- Technology Integration: Utilize software tools (such as Destini or HCSS HeavyBid) for efficient estimation.
- Stay informed about industry advancements.
Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation, particularly with ground-up projects.
