Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our branch location, ensuring that all sales and customer service objectives are met. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and customer service representatives to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational plans and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local statutes and regulations
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or rent-to-own industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service leadership roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Working Conditions

The Sales Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with frequent interaction with customers and team members. The role requires the ability to lift, load, move, and use a dolly for merchandise up to 300lbs, as well as traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliances, and electronics.
