Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress and issues
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, and vendors
  • Solve complex problems and issues that may arise during project execution
  • Manage relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Assist with administrative functions, including preparation of project-related correspondence and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as construction management or business administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management, estimating, or construction administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with computerized scheduling systems, such as Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of construction management systems and document management systems
