Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator carries out important project tasks, and coordinates with team members and clients to ensure that every aspect of a project is being addressed and managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:
* Support the project team with all project tasks and deliverables
* Coordinate the logistics of both internal and external meetings
* Attend meetings and keep meeting minutes
* Organize and assemble materials for meetings
* Communicate clearly and assertively, and take constructive criticism
* Anticipate problems and find immediate solutions

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree preferably in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
* 1-2 years' experience in supporting complex construction projects
* Strong attention to detail and protocols
* Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
* Travel may be required
