Key Responsibilities:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote and advocate for TJO's innovative products, focusing on the efficiency-driven Klassic One Instrumentation and Knee System.
- Develop and nurture relationships with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare providers, establishing TJO as a leader in orthopedic innovation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and clinical evidence to effectively communicate the unique advantages of our offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic territory management and effective planning.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in orthopedics or joint replacement.
- Established connections with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare facilities in your territory.
- A proven history as an independent distributor or sales agent, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial skills.
