A Restaurant Operations Supervisor at Baskin Robbins is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager and team in delivering great guest experiences and operational excellence. This role is crucial in helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant. The primary duties of a Restaurant Operations Supervisor include floor operations, Brand Training programs, and providing strong, positive leadership to the team. They are required to perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence and support the Restaurant Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin standards, franchisee policies, and procedures. The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed, creating and maintaining a guest-focused culture in the restaurant, and reviewing guest feedback results to implement action plans to drive improvement. Additionally, they will communicate restaurant priorities, goals, and results to restaurant team members and execute new product rollouts, including training, marketing, and sampling where applicable. The Restaurant Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements and complying with all applicable laws. They will also control costs to help maximize profitability and complete inventory on a periodic basis as determined by the Franchisee. The estimated salary for this role is around $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
