About the Role

This Administrative Coordinator position is an exciting opportunity to join the AACR team and contribute to the success of our Publishing Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our senior management team.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing data relevant to vendor contracts.
  • Preparing professional documents and presentations.
  • Tracking staff travel documents.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Three to five years of previous work experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce records and reports.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum. The exact salary will be based on your qualifications and experience.
