We are seeking a highly skilled Project Accountant to join our dynamic team at LHH. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to analyze and reconcile financial data
- Review and verify monthly general ledger accounts
- Provide support to the collections team to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Contribute to year-end reporting and financial statement preparation
- Analyze and resolve general ledger discrepancies related to accounts receivable and payable
- Assist with various accounting functions as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction or contracting sector
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
