Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2 PM.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator with experience in a dental setting. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- Advocating for exceptional patient care.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Monitoring and enhancing performance metrics.
- Participating in daily team meetings.
- Engaging with the local community.
- Overseeing financial plans and treatment expenses.
- Scheduling appointments and managing phone inquiries.
- Collecting patient feedback and encouraging online reviews.
- Navigating dental insurance processes.
- Ensuring a positive experience for every patient.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental environment is preferred.
