**Job Summary**

Paul Transportation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Dispatch team with Load Planning and Driver Utilization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in planning drivers within Department of Transportation (DOT) hours of service regulations

• Proactively communicate shipment details to customers and Driver Managers

• Receive, investigate, and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless freight movements

• Enter orders into our system with detailed and thorough information

• Assist in rating orders and load planning as needed

• Monitor the status of deliveries and identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and brokers

• Run customer credit checks as required

• Enter new customer or shipper information into our system as needed

**Requirements:**

• Previous experience in customer service and planning in the transportation industry

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
