Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental Services Program Planning and Review Specialist to join our team at the State of New Hampshire - Department of Health & Human Services. As a key member of our Bureau of Developmental Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective planning and review of developmental services programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of developmental services programs to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for program enhancement.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to program staff on program planning and review processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and other state agencies.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in developmental services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or public administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in program planning and review, preferably in a developmental services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
