Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough reviews of developmental services programs to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with program staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for program enhancement.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and advocacy groups.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to developmental services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or public administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in program planning and review, preferably in a developmental services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
