Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of developmental services programs to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with program staff to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for program enhancement.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners and advocacy groups.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices related to developmental services.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or public administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program planning and review, preferably in a developmental services setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service.
- A competitive salary of $42.60 USD per hour.
- A part-time schedule of 29.5 hours per week.
