Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Personal Assistant to provide extensive support to our CEO, ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the CEO's calendars, appointments, and schedules, facilitating meetings and conference calls with various stakeholders.
  • Assist in organizing travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring efficient and budget-friendly arrangements.
  • Plan and coordinate events such as meetings, conferences, and corporate functions, managing all logistical aspects.
  • Review and interpret contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Engage and communicate with C-Level Executives, both in-person and remotely, representing the CEO with professionalism.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Lead the organization of office gatherings and lunches, promoting a collaborative and positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar capacity supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibiting a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Capability to read and interpret contracts with a keen eye for detail.
  • Adaptable and flexible, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

This is a Full-Time, On-Site position. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually, along with benefits.
