Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mix of office, industrial, and retail spaces, with some properties undergoing capital improvements and tenant improvements. As the primary contact for our clients, you will mentor an Assistant Property Manager and interact with ownership Asset Managers, vendors, and tenants. Your duties will include planning and executing tenant events, showing space to prospective tenants, and overseeing the full tenant improvement process.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager, with prior event planning experience a plus. You should possess a strong understanding of financials and working with third-party Owners, along with a BA or BS degree and current CA RE license. Intermediate to Advanced MS Office and property management software skills (Yardi or MRI desired) are also required.
