Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, providing exceptional customer service to owners and residents while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage rent collections, three-day notices, and eviction processes
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants
  • Conduct regular unit inspections and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with maintenance, bookkeeping, and leasing teams to ensure efficient operations

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in residential property management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current California Real Estate License
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of California Landlord Tenant Law
  • Appfolio software experience preferred

The salary for this position is approximately $72,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a car allowance of $600 per month.
