Job Summary

Brighton Center Inc is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and families to achieve financial independence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Wellness Coach to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Education and Coaching: Provide personalized financial coaching and education to individuals and families, empowering them to achieve financial stability and independence.
  • Community Outreach: Engage in community outreach efforts to promote financial education and awareness, and to connect individuals and families with local resources and services.
  • Program Reporting: Ensure compliance with program reporting requirements, and provide data and insights to inform program development and improvement.
Requirements
  • Dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals and families.
  • HUD Certification: Achieve HUD Certification within 90 days of hire, and maintain certification throughout employment.
  • Community Resource Navigation: Demonstrate familiarity and ability to navigate community resources, and provide connections and referrals to individuals and families as needed.
  • Database and Microsoft Proficiency: Proficient in database applications and Microsoft programs, and able to use technology to support program delivery and reporting.
  • Customer Service and Finance Background: Possess a background in customer service or finance/banking, and able to apply this experience to support program delivery and client needs.
  • Spanish Proficiency: Spanish proficiency is a plus, and able to communicate effectively with individuals and families who speak Spanish.
