Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven professional dedicated to advancing their career in software engineering. This role involves the design and development of custom software applications as well as the enhancement of existing software products.

Key Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, engaging with individuals across various organizational levels and diverse backgrounds. Equally adept at working independently on projects that require timely completion.

A more senior engineering position may be available for candidates with appropriate experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proficient in utilizing a range of specialized tools and toolsets for application development and support.

Expertise in designing and developing the internal architecture of solutions, alongside the necessary tools and programming languages to ensure optimal functionality of all internal components.

Skilled in designing, assessing, and enhancing cloud computing architectures to effectively meet the demands of cloud services.

Familiarity with concepts, philosophies, processes, and disciplines associated with service-oriented IT architecture; capable of designing and managing a service-based IT architecture that prioritizes business process sharing and supports organizational agility.

Experience in software development and support across multiple operating environments.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools that facilitate reduced solution delivery times, improved market adaptability, enhanced system stability and reliability, and decreased average recovery times.

Understanding of SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) and DevSecOps best practices is included.
Encouraged to develop innovative ideas and initiatives that enhance organizational performance.

Comprehension of system characteristics and capabilities, with the ability to integrate and facilitate communication between applications, databases, and technological platforms.

Ability to analyze experiences, developments, and market trends relevant to the role of information technology (IT).
Competence in monitoring, measuring, and optimizing the combined use of hardware, software, and telecommunications components.
Familiarity with strategies, practices, and tools for troubleshooting installed software products.

Experience with the technical aspects of software products, including architecture, configurations, integration, and implementation options.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in relevant programming languages.
Proficiency in Java, cloud-native technologies (AWS), microservices, and JavaScript.
