MUFG Bank, Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Planning Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting upper management through the engagement of critical bank-wide initiatives and operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating closely with the Regulatory Operations & Affairs Office to enhance regulatory governance, including support for the Critical Regulatory Matters Review Committee. This will involve attending periodical committee meetings, creating meeting minutes, and preparing materials for high-level executive meetings with senior regulators.

In addition to this, the Strategic Planning Specialist will serve as liaison between ROAO and Tokyo HO to develop required HO Executive Committee/Board materials. They will also support the development of internal communications to cover the entire Chief of Staff organization, including periodical town hall operations and message distributions.

Salary Range: $83,000 - $115,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Typically requires 3+ years of demonstrated knowledge in project coordination experience, strong business analytics
  • A minimum 3+ years' experience in supporting senior executive in large corporation
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Excellent organization and people skills
  • Strong database, spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and general computer skills
  • Project management leadership skills
  • An ability to work with and across multiple departments
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in English and Japanese
