Job Summary

We are seeking an Urban Planning Specialist to join our team in New York. As an Urban Planning Specialist, you will work on a variety of projects including strategic plans, physical master planning, zoning and entitlements, campus, streetscape, and pedestrian plans.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on project analysis, design, public engagement, and final production.
  • Create drawings and graphics including maps, diagrams, sketches, renderings, and 3D models.
  • Assist with research, data collection, and analysis for use in planning, design, policy development, and implementation.
  • Prepare presentation-quality materials for client exhibits, community engagement events, public presentations, and plan documents.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in Urban Design, Planning, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • One to four years of relevant experience.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $74,300 - $104,100 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
