Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact for submitting and tracking coop/condo Board Packages.
  • Preparing listing agreements and ensuring proper signatures are obtained.

  • Entering new listings into distribution platforms and managing media uploads.
