- Strong Negotiation and Relationship-Building Skills
- Ability to Exercise Sound Business Judgment
- At Least 1-2 Years of Experience in an Underwriting Role is Preferred
- Demonstrated Intermediate Organizational and Prioritization Skills with the Ability to Accomplish Multiple Priorities
- Demonstrated Understanding of Industry Practices, Standards, and Underwriting Concepts
- Demonstrated Ability to Communicate Clearly and Effectively Both Verbally and in Writing
- Bachelor's Degree is Preferred; Experience in Commercial Lines Underwriting in Lieu of Degree is Acceptable
The full hiring range for this role is $59,658 - $91,849, annually.
