Job Summary

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a highly skilled Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day performance of a group of employees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and coordinating the work of the group towards established goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to employees to ensure they meet performance expectations
  • Coordinate work activities to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement plans to improve team performance and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in administrative support or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
Additional Requirements for Supervisor II

For the Supervisor II role, you will need:

  • At least two years of experience as a Supervisor I
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership and team management at a higher level
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
