Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Financial Clearance

Corporate Hiring Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative for Financial Clearance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with patients to review bills and explain outstanding balances.
- Understand Explanation of Benefits and communicate with patients/guarantors.
- Thoroughly review patient accounts for potential insurance benefits or financial assistance eligibility.
- Request necessary documents from clients to perform insurance billing or financial assistance approval.
- Contact patients when additional information is required to complete billing or financial assistance.
- Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate documentation and updates in all required systems.
- Identify root causes of issues and concerns, determine resolutions, and refer to management.
- Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Previous insurance/medical billing/customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-fostered environment.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
