Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for servicing our life and annuity business. Your responsibilities will include providing service for the entire policy lifecycle, resolving inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, and ensuring a first-class customer experience that meets regulatory guidelines and supports our wealth management strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Service and process financial and administrative transactions during the policy lifecycle, including payments, disbursements, in-force illustrations, and claims support.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to regulations and controls.
- Act as a single point of contact, receiving and resolving complex and sensitive customer service inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Research, develop, and prioritize solutions to balance business and client needs.
- Participate in department projects that impact the customer experience.
- Support corporate initiatives and distribution relationships that impact product issuance and servicing.
- Work in a team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or call center experience in any industry.
- Annuity or insurance experience a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients.
- Ability to sign in and be ready to start work at designated times.
- Proactive in researching transactions to prevent future inaccuracies.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
