Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Atrium, a polished casual modern American bistro with culinary European influence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Front of House (FOH) team, managing the operations and finances of the business, and ensuring that the quality of work, service, and hospitality are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the FOH team through monitoring of service and performance
  • Manage the operations and finances of the business
  • Recruit and train new hires and continuously drive the development of the FOH staff
  • Anticipate guests' needs to proactively and effectively ensure guests' total satisfaction
  • Ensure that the quality of work, service, and hospitality are maintained
Requirements
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage stress
  • Food Handling and Safety knowledge
  • Ability to lift and carry 30 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant
