About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences while serving a wide range of beverages.

Responsibilities
  • Take drink and food orders from patrons and servers, mixing and serving beverages according to standard recipes and company guidelines.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requesting identification and adhering to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
  • Enter drink and food orders into the cash register, collect payment from patrons, and make correct change.
  • Have complete knowledge of beverage and food offerings, including menu items and promotions.
  • Complete sales and inventory reports accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
  • Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Minimum of two years' front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
  • Experience in credit card processing and using a computerized POS system.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain a City of Milwaukee Bartending License.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift.
  • Constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Exposure to moderate to high environmental noise levels during busy times.
