About the Role

Audacy Springfield is seeking a highly motivated and experienced media sales professional to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, developing new business opportunities, and creating innovative marketing campaigns to drive results.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business
  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and strategic partnerships
  • Create innovative marketing campaigns to drive results and exceed client expectations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • Proven success in media sales, preferably in the radio or digital media industry
  • Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, including digital media and analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
