  • Conduct interviews and facility tours to encourage new membership enrollments.
  • Engage with members to manage recruitment and retention tracking.
  • Identify and follow up with prospective members through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the Program Coordinator/Director to generate new membership leads.
  • Handle all inquiries regarding facility memberships in a professional manner.
  • Perform member relations tasks, including processing new memberships and managing fee payments.
  • Stay informed about YMCA programs and assist with enrollment.
  • Ensure adherence to check-in and service protocols.
  • Maintain cash management and receipting procedures.
  • Provide telephone reception and maintain an organized Service Desk.
  • Keep the front lobby area tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Be proactive in sharing information about programs and updates.
  • Complete building opening and closing procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build connections with members.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Complete required certifications within the first month of employment.
  • Fulfill all necessary training requirements within two weeks of hire.
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record clearance.
