Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for discussing goods or services information with customers, studying product information to acquire professional knowledge, and fulfilling customer and sales representative needs and requests. You will maintain customer relations and customer satisfaction, accurately explain technical product or service information to customers, and negotiate prices or other sales terms. You will also distribute promotional literature or samples, contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments, and refer customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation.

Responsibilities

* Discuss goods or services information with customers or patrons
* Study product information to acquire professional knowledge
* Fulfill Customer and sales representative needs and requests
* Maintain customer relations and customer satisfaction
* Accurately explain technical product or service information to customers
* Negotiate prices or other sales terms
* Distribute promotional literature or samples
* Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments
* Refer customer complaints to designated departments for further investigation
* Perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion
* Lead CMS and maintain with proper load information
* Prospect customers via calls and emails
* Conduct data entry task as needed
* Maintains good housekeeping
* Overtime Authorization and Requirement - Unauthorized approval in advance of working overtime and repeated refusal to work overtime are violations of company policy

Qualifications

* High school diploma/equivalent
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferred
