Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new residential customers through door-to-door contact and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new residential customers through door-to-door contact and proactive consultative needs analysis
  • Develop and present sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers' needs
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities
  • Support team goals by actively participating in sales meetings and training programs
  • Achieve monthly sales quotas in high-speed data, mobile, landline phone, and video sales
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
  • Engaging interpersonal skills and ability to listen and articulate pitches
  • Ability to travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
  • Valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Success in a previous sales position, prospecting, or cold calling
  • Knowledge of cable or telecommunications services and data networking fundamentals
