Compensation Package$50,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and establish strong relationships with clients and service providers. Responsibilities also include dispatching jobs, providing orientation and training as needed, sourcing new service providers, and following up on ETAs and job details.

Essential Skills & Qualifications• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role (desired)
• Self-motivated with high energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of teamwork
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
