Graduate Training Program

We're currently recruiting recent graduates for our 5-month, best-in-class Technical Sales program. This comprehensive training program provides intensive technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership training, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities
  • Sell the world's most complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Work with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for our customers' buildings.

Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
Location

This position has been designated as Hybrid, with work performed in Denver, CO. After completing the training program, you will assume the responsibilities of an Associate Account Manager in a predetermined office location.
