Sales and Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our team at Brownsville Toyota. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory, including features, options, and pricing.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, and provide detailed information about vehicle features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales results.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
