  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate repair requirements to technicians
  • Promote additional services through respectful and honest methods
  • Provide precise estimates for repairs and maintenance
  • Comply with protocols regarding vehicle handling and operations
  • Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
  • Market and oversee extended warranty options
  • Assess repair quality and confirm the completion of all tasks
  • Inform customers when their vehicles are ready for collection
  • Discuss repairs and related costs with customers in detail
  • Address minor customer issues and feedback
  • Keep the Service Manager updated on any concerns or potential issues
  • Achieve and maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores as per dealership standards
