Customer Service Representative Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Hertz. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Consult with customers on their rental needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
* Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
* Ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
* Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids

**Requirements**

* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Knowledge of equipment operation, including computer terminals, telephones, and other office equipment
