Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee and fulfill guest requests within the Bell/Valet department
  • Ensure compliance with company cash handling procedures while managing the cash bank
  • Administer valet key distribution as required
  • Facilitate the overall valet operation by utilizing valet management software for efficiency
  • Maintain regular communication with all departments regarding Bell/Valet operations
  • Organize baggage storage areas and manage the key storage board effectively
  • Coordinate timely luggage delivery and collection services

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hotel bell/valet services is preferred
  • Strong focus on customer service excellence
  • Responsible and safety-conscious attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy luggage
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
