Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Network Real Estate Strategist to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of macro modifications, driving project completion, and ensuring site acquisition. You will also be responsible for tracking vendor performance, updating project trackers, and ensuring compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies. Additionally, you will participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of macro modifications
Drive project completion and site acquisition
Track vendor performance and update project trackers
Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies
Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in real estate and FUZE
Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment
