Position Title: Patient Service Representative

Job Overview:
The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring patient satisfaction by managing food preferences and delivering high-quality food services. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit proficiency in competencies as outlined in the Competency Checklist.
- Meet established performance objectives as per the Performance Management Plan.
- Uphold ethical standards in all professional practices and adhere to confidentiality and patient rights policies.
- Support the mission and values of the organization.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
- Understanding of patient safety principles, including analysis techniques such as root cause analysis and failure mode and effect analysis.
- Familiarity with HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality assurance.
- Proficient in utilizing database software for data entry, retrieval, and reporting.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma is required.
- One year of experience in food service is preferred.
Licensure and Certification:
Food Handlers or ServSafe Certification is preferred within 90 days of employment.
