Responsibilities
  • Lead proposal generation in response to customer RFIs & RFQs, including technical summaries, cost assessments, and schedule estimates.
  • Lead engineering development efforts for RF devices with support from a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop internal design packages and provide technical reports to both internal and external customers.
  • Lead the development of new hardware prototypes to confirm manufacturability and performance levels.
  • Significant experience with RF testing and test equipment, with the ability to independently troubleshoot test and product issues.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentoring to less experienced engineers.
Qualifications
  • A minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
Additional Information
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software, or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws.
  • Pay Range: $133,567 - $170,149 annually.
