Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead proposal generation in response to customer RFIs & RFQs, including technical summaries, cost assessments, and schedule estimates.
  • Support business development through trade show attendance and customer visits.
  • Lead engineering development efforts for RF devices with support from a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develop internal design packages and provide technical reports to both internal and external customers.
  • Develop new hardware prototypes to confirm manufacturability and performance levels.
  • Significant experience with RF testing and test equipment, with the ability to independently troubleshoot test and product issues.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide mentoring to less experienced engineers.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum eight (8) years experience in a specialized functional discipline.
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Security Clearance.
  • Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.

Additional Information:

This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.

Pay Range:

$133,567 - $170,149 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
