Role Overview

The Service Dispatcher plays a vital role in the smooth operation of our service team. This position is responsible for coordinating pool equipment service requests through scheduling software, ensuring timely arrivals and minimizing costs.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Service Dispatcher. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, scheduling, and dispatching. They will be responsible for maintaining superior customer service levels, interacting with various departments, and optimizing scheduling to improve efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor technician schedules to ensure timely arrival to customer appointments and notify customers of any changes.
  • Ensure all same-day and next-day calls are routed, locked, and dispatched appropriately.
  • Address and reschedule any calls dropped by the optimizer, ensuring no unscheduled calls are left.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of retail or call center customer service experience.
  • Previous scheduling/dispatching experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional phone etiquette.
